Justin was right on time, very professional, and polite. All of his work is very neat and organized. He explained everything to us and made sure we had no questions before he left. Hess & Dustin are great guys. Thorough and very respectful. Efficient. I’m impressed and would not hesitate to have Nichols come back for additional work when needed. Would ask for the same crew. Called in morning with a dead hot water tank and Erin put things in motion. On the same day and by the early afternoon, I had hot shower! Don’t hesitate to make the call. You will not regret it.

We were impressed with Nichols from start to finish. From the courteous representative who took our initial call for service, to the electrician who came to our house! We were told we would receive a phone call when our electrician was on his way. Justin not only called to let us know an arrival time, he asked for the best place to park when he arrived and offered to stop on his way and bring us coffee! Wow! Exceptional service! We also received a text confirmation with a picture and short bio about him before he arrived. He fixed both outlets with one minor update, installed our light fixture and was on his way in under an hour! We would absolutely call Nichols Electric for any electrical needs in the future!
